1/06. Case processing times in six government agencies under the Ministry of Economy and Business Affairs and The Ministry of Transport and Energy

The report examines the development in case processing times during the period 2001 – 2005 of the Company Appeals Board, the Patent and Trademark Appeals Board, the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the Public Contracts Appeals Board, the Maritime Appeals Board and the Energy Appeals Board.

The report examines whether case processing is organised in a manner which ensures the shortest possible case processing time. Finally, it is examined whether the departments of the two ministries have contributed actively to reducing the agencies’ case processing time.
