7/2008. Coherent patient pathways

The report is about the efforts made by the Ministry of Health and Prevention and the regions to support coherent patient pathways across three sectors: GP practice, hospital and municipality.

The objective of the audit is to assess whether the Ministry of Health and Prevention and the regions have provided a framework for cooperation, communication and financing of health services, which supports coherent patient pathways between GP practice, hospital and municipality.

Rigsrevisionen took the initiative to the examination in April 2008.
